Our service is designed to help businesses improve accessibility in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines.
Important: AccessPatch automates approximately 60% of common accessibility fixes. We do not guarantee 100% WCAG or legal compliance. Our tool significantly reduces accessibility risks but does not replace a professional manual accessibility audit. We shall not be held liable for any regulatory fines or legal action arising from use of our service.
AccessPatch operates on a monthly subscription model. All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. All prices are listed in USD.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

All content, code, and materials on AccessPatch are the intellectual property of AccessPatch. The axe-core library used within our service is licensed under MPL 2.0 by Deque Systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessPatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
