14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your AccessPatch subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are available on all plans with no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

  • Email: support@accesspatch.com
  • Subject: Refund Request
  • Include your account email address

We will process your refund promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Free Trial

All AccessPatch plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all refund transactions in accordance with their policies.
